Registration fees include all program costs. Housing and meal costs are at the expense of the participant.
To qualify for the Ministry Team rate of $200 per person you must register at least five (5) people. They must be youth, volunteer or paid members of your same physical church/organization. To get a coupon code for the group rate, send an email to youth.ministry@lcms.org and include your name, your church/organization/school, and requested discount.
Attendees of the 2008 NATIONAL in Indianapolis qualify for a discounted rate of $200. Also, contributors to thESource, students at one of the Concordia Universities or Seminaries, and hosts of 2009 Servant Events qualify for $25 off the registration fee. To get a coupon code for these discounts, send an email to youth.ministry@lcms.org and include your name, your church/organization/school, and requested discount.
After receiving your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter (if you've provided us with a valid e-mail address, your confirmation will be e-mailed) that includes housing information and updated Conference details. This Web site is the BEST place to watch for updated program information.
Cancellations are subject to a $100 per-person non-refundable deposit. In case of cancellation, a deposit may be transferred to a new registration. (In case forces beyond our control interrupt our Conference, your registration will be refunded less a pro-rata share of all costs incurred.) The registration fee is non-refundable after June 1, 2009.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy! Please understand that the Conference must commit to numbers in advance of the event. We count on registrations being accurate. Please do not ask for an exception to our cancellation policy. Thank you!
NATIONAL will be held at the Sheraton Hotel located in downtown New Orleans. Room rates are $125 plus tax for a single/double per night. Call the Sheraton reservations department at 1-888-627-7033 and identify yourself as part of The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod/National Youth Worker’s Conference to receive the group rate.
The OPTIONAL Women's or Men's Ministry Breakfast is an added cost of $25. Participants must indicate their desire to opt into this experience by marking the proper box on their registration form. Payment for the Women's or Men's Ministry Breakfast is due at the time of registration.
